TERMS OF USE

1) Role of the Platform

Hello Cambodia is a platform where users can establish friendships/communications and publish listings.

The Platform is not a party, intermediary, representative, or broker in messaging, agreements, payments, deliveries, meetups, and similar transactions between users.

2) User Content (Listings, Messages, Profiles)

The user sharing the content is responsible for all content, including listings, messages, profile information, and visuals.

The accuracy, timeliness, and legal compliance of shared content belong to the user.

Hello Cambodia does not have to pre-screen content; however, in case of complaints, suspected violations, or security risks, we may remove content, reduce visibility, or restrict/terminate accounts.

3) Prohibited Uses

• Illegal content/products/services, forgery, fraud, spam
• Sharing other people's personal data without permission (address, ID, bank details, etc.)
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, explicit content, incitement to violence
• Attempting to harm the system (unauthorized access, vulnerability scanning, excessive requests via automation, etc.)

4) Security and User Responsibility

Account security (password, login details) is the user's responsibility.

Be careful when communicating/meeting/shopping with strangers; risk assessment is the user's responsibility.

5) Limitation of Liability

The Platform cannot be held liable to the fullest extent possible for direct/indirect damages arising from user content or interactions between users.

The service is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

6) Account and Content Termination

We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts and remove content in cases of rule violations, security risks, or legal requirements.
